Protest: I believe that the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Bill which is curently going through Parliament is wrong.

It does nothing to help the poorest people in Scotland and replaces one set of humiliating legislation with another.

I urge the Executive to reconsider the legislation. Failure to do so may affect how I vote at the next Scottish election.
