Hi, I'm Strachan Jamlabel and I'm the Director of Thought Leadership and Silly Titles at Klaptrap.
One of my great assets, and I'm known industry wide for it, is to become an expert on anything in less than five minutes.
Other people might make the bullets at Klaptrap, but it's me, Strachan Jamlabel, that takes aim and fires.
Another of my great assets, is my fantastic ability to turn other people's ideas into my own. Go on, give me any idea and I can promise you that I will quickly have ownership and copyright of it. Because that's how it is in this business. It's all about the cost of ownership and since I cost a lot, I ought to own a lot.
Not only will I own the idea, I will also be an expert in it within five minutes. Did I mention that was one of my greatest assets?
Another of my great assets is my people leadership. I'm not one of those whipcracker managers that you read about. My people love me and if they don't, then I have them fired. It is important that you notice that I don't fire them. I couldn't expect to inspire loyalty and worship if I went round firing people. I have people that fire people.
Another of my great assets is to think laterally in 100,000 different directions simultaneously. Sorry, where was I? Oh yes, I can think so much at the same time and occasionally make rational sense of all these wonderful ideas flowing around my monstrous brain. I am indeed a marvel and my people have learned all they know from me.
Another of my great assets is humility and I constantly strive to educate my people in this as indeed they have much to be humble about.
