Background
See-GNU are one of the most voracious acquisition companies in the UK. As every eejit is aware, acquisition means integration, which means jobs for squllions of shitty little companies like Klaptrap. The Project See-GNU were so impressed by the directors of Klaptrap, that they let us send our best people to waste their talents doing trivial work more suited to office juniors. This was a major coup for Klaptrap and the Directors. It catapulted Klaptrap into the big-boys playground and enabled the Directors to talk even more shit about how important they are. OK, it demoralised our people. But that's not important. What is important is us, the Directors, were not demoralised. The Solution As usual, we have no real idea what the solution is. We just dump good people into customers and count the money that comes in after that. One day though, when we find out what a customer really is, we intend to find out what our people do when they are on client sites. And they better be filling in their timesheets. |
