FirstFoot
is delighted to introduce Scotland's Poet, Laurie Yatt.
From Burns
to McGonagall, Scotland has thrown up (and we use that term
assuredly) some of the best, and worst, poets the world has
ever seen. There can be no doubt that Laurie Yatt definitely
ranks somewhere in amongst them.
His work
today is admired and revered from Coast to Coast, albeit only
on a very thin island somewhere off the coast of Scotland
populated largely by sheep. FirstFoot, by virtue of the fact
that no living publisher will touch his often controversial
writing, has acquired the excusive rights to his insightful
but demented musings.
Life. Current
Affairs. Music. Religion. Philosophy. Politics. Perhaps none
of these weighty topics are relevant to the mind of Scotland's
Poet, Laurie Yatt.
