A consortium headed by P. R. Lunatico, once a
candidate for the Scotland post, is set to revive the defunct Lanarkshire
club Fourth Lanark and replace the bankrupt Cowpart Thistle in the
Scottish League.
A full financial, football, psychiatric and medical
plan has been submitted to the SFA.
A tired and emotional P. R. Lunatico, talking
