  • Cathcart Old Parish Church - Original design 1923 by Clifford & Lunan, but completed 1928 by Watson, Salmon & Gray. The size is enhanced by the low porch and range of vestries. South transept contains a display of the Churchs history over 800 years; the north transept was converted in 1962 to the McKellar Memorial Chapel. Tapestry of The Last Supper by Charles Marshall, stained glass by R Douglas McLundie.
  • Broomhill Church - Red sandstone church 1902, and hall 1899, designed by Stewart & Paterson. Stained glass by Guthrie & Wells, Glasgow, Abbey Studio, Edinburgh and Brian Hutchison. Pipe organ refurbished by Harrison and Harrison 1997. Located at corner of Randolph Road/Marlborough Avenue. City buses: 16, 44.
  • Battlefield East Parish Church - The first church on this site was by John Honeyman 1865 in Early English style. It became the hall in 1912 when the adjacent red sandstone church by John Galt was opened. Spacious interior with galleries supported on cast-iron columns and a fine timber wagon roof. Stained glass includes windows by Abbey Studios 1937, Sadie McLellan 1972 and Susan Laidler 1980. Pipe organ by Ingram of Edinburgh.
  • Baillieston St Andrew’s Church - Present church completed 1974 following the union of Baillieston Old and Rhinsdale Churches in 1966. Sexagonal design with slim spire, by James Houston & Sons of Kilbirnie. Allen organ installed. Sunday Services: 11.00am and 6.30pm Opening Hours: Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am-12.00 noon.
