The long established name of 'Amber' is synonymous with Andy Chung who pioneered the introduction of classical Chinese Cuisine to the City of Glasgow.

Mr Chung started the first 'Amber' Restaurant more than 20 years ago in Byres Road. He has since gained a strong reputation for undeniable quality and service and is now established in a convenient City Centre location on West Regent Street, hence the name Amber Regent.

It is in these surroundings he dispense his culinary art and skills to all diners who appreciate sumptuous meals and unrivalled standards of excellence.
