in big bold type is part of our Disability Policy. We have
two audiences in mind for this:

Some
of our less gifted English friends who may find nice big
letters stimulating and familiar.

The
partially sighted for whom web sites laid out with ridiculously
small fonts are inaccessible and the ignorant
buggers who design them donot
understand that they disenfranchise a
proportion of the population.
